Property Brief

I need apartment mate (s) for my 2 bedroom sea view apartment. I stay myself in 1 bedroom. You will have a private room with a huge balcony with a sea view and a private bathroom all to yourself. Maximum 2 people allowed. Preferably those who know how to keep the place tidy and clean. A fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, tv, Netflix, and high-speed internet are available in the apartment. I am looking for tenants who will stay long-term. If you are willing to pay for 3 months upfront, I am willing to offer you a discounted price. People willing to pay 3 months upfront even at a discounted rate will be preferred. Please note that it’s my home and I need someone who can be my good apartment mate (s) and friends. Maybe we can hang out together as well. Expat life sometimes makes us feel alone. I am looking forward to meeting some positive-minded person (s) to share my apartment with.
