No items should be kept on the balcony that exceed balcony rail height ? No visitors are allowed in the apartment ? Outsiders are not allowed to stay in the apartment ? Please respect noise curfew 10PM – 8 AM ? No slamming, hitting, pushing or biting ? No invitation to outsiders in the kitchen ? The tenant should notify the vacation duration and rent amount to be settled prior to leave for vacation, No matter whether it’s short or long vacation. If the tenant is in vacation and failure to pay the rent amount on or before date 5th, the LL borne full responsibility to replace with another tenant. ? The rent date will be calculated from every Month 1s to 30th ? Respect each other ? Knock on closed doors before entering ? Keep the main door closed always ? Keep your shoes in the assigned rack ? Keep the apartment neat and clen always ? Do not use any items of your roommates without their permission ? Not permitted to hang items over the balcony rails ? No drinking water / food shall be provided by the landlord ? Remove the iron cord after use ? Turn off the heater switch after use ? Coordination required to operate the common A/C thermostat ? Do not keep any personal belonging in the common area ? Clean up your own messes ? Turn off all lights & A/C anytime you go out ? Do not keep open the windows and doors while A/C is on ? Do not mess the common area ? Keep noise level and shower use to a minimum after midnight ? Use your headphone to reduce the noise level ? Clean the kitchen table, stove and counter top after use ? No utensils / food stuffs left in the kitchen sink ? Dispose the food parcels or expired food stuffs from the refrigerator ? Eat & Drink only in the kitchen ? Remove the kitchen garbage on daily basis ? Garbage cover to be provided by the tenants ? LPG to be refiled by the tenant ? Not permitted to use other room balcony without their permission ? Dispose the garbage in the trash can ? No pets allowed ? Lost parking key (500/-aed) and apartment door key (50/- aed) fees are applicable ? Take care of the furniture’s, damages exceeding the security deposit will be charged ? Always keep your main door keys, Landlord is not responsible to arrange the key on the same time ? No communal items on kitchen table ? Not allowed to keep Food delivery utensils, wastes and plastic bags in the kitchen garbage chute, direct disposal must be done in the building garbage room ? Min. one-month prior notification is required before vacating the apartment in order to refund the security deposit
