Flatmate wanted to share with me and Cleo (the parrot!) in central luxury apartment. Walking distance from AUH Mall/Galleria, Beach Rotana and surrounded by restaurants and all other city amenities. The apartment is HUGE, large open plan living/dining area with bar, 4 large master bedrooms, own small gym, kitchen, laundry room and maids room - happy to have guests to stay anytime. Some people asking how many persons in a room, normally only one. The building is immaculate with our own 8-person security and maintenance team and you have access also to roof pool, gym and squash court. Your room has own bathroom as well as large built-in wardrobe, desk and bed (please bring own bedding) plus you have full access to comprehensively equipped kitchen (own fridge), laundry room, internet etc. You MUST be pet/bird friendly as Cleo loves people and attention - as well as cups of tea as you can see!
