FOR PROFESSIONAL’S ONLY. Large, clean, modern room with ensuite & balcony. Including DEWA & BILLS. Renting our large guest room in our spacious 6 Bedroom Villa. Rent paid Quarterly or Monthly. 5 Minute Walk from Spinneys, Costa Coffee, Italian Restaurant. Dry Clean, Barbers, Pharmacy !! Spacious Room with luxury ensuite wc for 4000 to 5000 pm. Alternatively, there is another guest room that can be offered at 4,500 to 5,500 pm with Private Terrace. It's also a larger room with more wardrobes. No smoking inside villa or bedrooms. There are many Terraces and Garden areas to smoke. We are non-smokers & our home smells fresh so smoking must be done outside. Kingsize Beds with Dresser Tables & Great Wardrobe space. Comfortable Sofa, Desk, Chair & Lamp. Ensuite has a bath tub / shower. Villa is in a quiet pretty street. Bedding & Towels provided. Large Kitchen with Utensils & Crockery available for use. Short Term stay is a possibility, and this can be discussed separately. Longer Rental period is ideal as it is a homely environment & we are looking for the right person to share our home with. We are a British/ Mediterranean Couple in our 30’s – 40’s. My Husband and I, are looking for a professional Lady or Man to share and enjoy our home with us. There are no children or teenagers at the Villa. We are professionals with careers who like to keep fit & socialise, by throwing nice dinner parties & quality gathering of like-minded friends & associates. We own our business in Dubai & also travel for work. We like to work hard & also like to enjoy ourselves too, but it is not a crazy loud party house ! So, if you are searching for a house share that will consist of mad parties every weekend, excessive drinking & loud unsophisticated behaviour .... then our home is not the place to be sharing ;-) Our home has a positive energy & vibe to it. Open to everyone of all religions & cultures. We do not discriminate. We will decide on an individual basis depending on various factors. There is the option of taking a Couple in this room or two friends. There would be a supplement of 500 aed per month to have this room for 2 people, as costs & bill usage would be higher. Plus there would be another person in the home. Our Villa is an environment to come home to & relax after a long day’s work, a place to be social with others or retreat to your room and chill out as you wish. And on the weekends a place to enjoy & relax. The community is beautifully green with lovely trees & flowers, so long walks or jogs for those who like fitness, is ideal ! The Kitchen, Dining Room & TV Lounge is shared by all, as well as the very large Garden and the grounds. The TV Lounge has a 50" plasma and lots of sofas. The kitchen is large with two islands and lots of cupboard space. The kitchen is an open plan onto a lovely modern chic dining area with Sofa. There is lots of outdoor garden furniture to relax on and dine. We have many separate areas of furniture in the garden so that privacy and relation can be enjoyed, on the occasions that you need your own space. We will be putting up a little temporary pool in October, to be able to cool off. There is exercise and gym equipment available to use as well. The Community area is a great place to walk and run to get fresh air into your lungs and mind :-) There is plenty of space to park. Allocated parking on driveway and street outside our villa - no tickets as it's a private gated community. Our home is clean and tidy. We will have a Maid/ Cleaner come to our villa, once a week or once every two weeks. She will tidy the communal common areas once and give your room a basic quick clean (vacuum & mop the floors). We give a quick vacuum & mop every few days, so that the Villa stays dust free. It is the responsibility of each person to wash up and tidy after themselves when using the kitchen & common areas, and to keep their bedrooms clean so that pests are not attracted. General daily cleaning of the bedrooms and laundry will be an individual responsibility. It can be arranged that my Maid do additional hours for you, in which a separate rate & charge would be paid directly to her. (We do not have a live-in maid ) The Washing Machine is also for shared use & we have many clothes drying racks, but there is a Laundry Service that collects from the Villa and drops back, and many people like to do this. Situated in THE VILLA Residences Community in Dubailand & close to the exit/entrance gate (Aldea), which makes it a more comfortable drive to or from work. 20 minutes from Downtown. 15 minutes to Motor City and First Avenue (Motor City’s Busy High Street). 10 minutes to Silicon Oasis. Getting Taxi's is easy and cheap. Spinneys Supermarket is a 3-minute walk from our villa !! :-) 60 seconds in your car ! There is Spinneys, Costa Coffee, Oregano Italian Restaurant, Tips N Toes Ladies Beauty Salon, Mens Salon & Barbers, Money Exchange, Dry Cleaners & Laundry Service, Pharmacy and Photography Print Shop. There is another Spinneys Supermarket with various shops on the other side of the villa which is a 5 to minute drive through the community. Call me to enquire further and for a meeting. We will be very selective with who we will choose, as it is important to choose someone that we think and feel will fit in. Respect and Cleanliness is very important. We are of mixed backgrounds, cultures and religions... so racist, judgemental, closed mindset attitudes will not be tolerated :-) Peace and Love is our motto :-) Give us a call for a chat and coffee. It's a great alternative to having a studio or 1 bedroom all to yourself, especially if you have just moved to Dubai and would like the company and to get to meet others and make friends :-) Contracts will be provided so that all details and agreements are clear. There is NO additional charge for contracts. ID will need to be taken. Passport Copy or Emirates ID. Security Deposit will be required which is fully refundable upon check out providing nothing has been broken or damaged.
