As we are having a contract between us and our tenants even if it’s for one Bed space only and it’s not like other places where you stay and you do not know who are the people in your room or even other rooms and where are they working. The rent includes: • Free Bed. • Free Mattress. • Free and separate wardrobe for the cloths. • Free DEWA • Free Internet with high speed. • We provide a cleaner comes to the flat to clean the kitchen and the bathrooms weekly two times to keep it clean. • We provide the washing machine as well. • Free fridge. • Free cooking machines. • Free Gas refilling. • Free Shoe racks to everyone in the flat. • The flats are only 1 min walking from Al Qiyadah Metro Station ( two buildings behind the Metro Station) (If you a smoker then please do not call us at all). We have many bed spaces starting from 400 to 800 AED up on the room size, if you come with your friends together you get discount as well, and if you provide a customer to us you will get a commission as well, and have exclusive offers for the companies and shops for their staff if they take full rooms or flats.
